Conditions of Use

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing 3pitt, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3pitt Platform and close your Account.

These Terms apply to all Users, regardless of the device, browser, or network through which the Platform is accessed. Use of 3pitt via mobile web browser, desktop browser, or any future 3pitt application constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

3pitt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of 3pitt following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To create and maintain an Account on 3pitt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3pitt enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all gaming products including sports betting, live casino, and slots.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming of this nature is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 3pitt or any connected responsible gaming programme.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from 3pitt for any breach of this Agreement.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the 3pitt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 3pitt relies on the accuracy of registration information for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication device. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. 3pitt accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

3pitt reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to decline any Account registration request without providing reasons. Account approval does not constitute a representation that all Platform services are available in your jurisdiction.

All financial transactions on 3pitt are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to User balances.

Approved Deposit Methods: Deposits to a 3pitt Account may only be made via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. 3pitt does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards issued by third parties, or payments originating from accounts held in names other than that of the registered Account holder.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Users are processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process.
• There must be no outstanding wagering requirements attached to any portion of the withdrawal amount.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.
• 3pitt reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Processing Times: Verified mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are processed within thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one (1) business day. During periods of high volume — such as major PSL match days or ICC tournament knockout stages — processing times may be extended, and 3pitt will communicate any delays through Platform notifications.

All Wagers placed on 3pitt — including sports betting markets (cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi, tennis), live casino games, slot titles, and any other gaming products — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Finality of Settled Bets: Once a Wager has been settled by 3pitt's trading system, the result is final. Disputes regarding settled outcomes must be raised with 3pitt support within seventy-two (72) hours of settlement.
• Obvious Errors: 3pitt reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were published in error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or odds significantly divergent from fair market value at the time of placement. Affected Users will be notified and stakes refunded.
• Abandoned Events: For cricket and other sporting events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result, 3pitt applies event-specific settlement rules published within the Sports Betting section. As a general principle, Wagers on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined at the time of abandonment.
• Slot and RNG Games: All slot and Random Number Generator (RNG) casino game outcomes are determined by certified, independently audited random number generation systems. 3pitt makes no representations regarding the probability of winning any individual game session.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game results are final as declared by the dealer and confirmed by the game provider's system. 3pitt is not responsible for internet connectivity issues that may affect a User's participation in a live game round.
• Maximum Winnings: 3pitt reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per User account. These limits are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

3pitt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin allocations, and VIP cashback programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a 3pitt Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each offer's individual terms at the point of opt-in.
• Eligible Games: Not all gaming products on 3pitt contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet, while live casino games, table games, and certain sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published within each offer's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses may result in one or all bonuses being voided.
• Abuse: 3pitt reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or deliberate exploitation of low house-edge games solely to clear wagering requirements.

3pitt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products and user interactions. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon activation and may not be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session time reminders and hard time limits that automatically log the User out after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 months at any time. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who believe they are experiencing problem gambling behaviour may request permanent self-exclusion from 3pitt. Once activated, self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period (minimum 12 months). All associated marketing preferences will be permanently suppressed.

Users who are concerned about their gaming behaviour are encouraged to review 3pitt's dedicated Responsible Gaming page, which provides detailed guidance, self-assessment tools, and information about support organisations available to Pakistani players.

3pitt enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be closed immediately, all associated funds will be returned to the payment source where legally possible, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3pitt and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the 3pitt Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 3pitt Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using 3pitt in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in the Account holder's own verified name.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3pitt staff or other Users through any Platform communication channel.
• Systematically placing Wagers to exploit bonus structures without genuine commercial gaming intent (bonus abuse).
• Sharing, selling, or transferring an Account to any third party.

All content available on the 3pitt Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, user interface designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, written content, odds data, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3pitt or its licensed partners. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3pitt Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 3pitt.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the underlying source code of any Platform software.
• Use 3pitt trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context without express written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract odds data, game data, or user data from the Platform.

Unauthorised use of 3pitt's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable international and domestic law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pitt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of funds arising from a User's voluntary gaming activity on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from Platform use.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 3pitt's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, telecommunications network failures, government-directed service restrictions, or force majeure events.
• Loss arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Delay or failure to process withdrawals caused by a User's failure to complete KYC verification.

In all circumstances where 3pitt is found to be liable, the Platform's total aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3pitt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• Detection of duplicate Account activity.
• User request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Prolonged inactivity as defined under 3pitt's dormant account policy.

Upon Account closure, 3pitt will process a withdrawal of the Account's verified Real Money Balance to the registered payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC process. Bonus Funds and any wagering requirement conditions attached to winnings at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Where an Account is closed due to fraud or material breach of these Terms, 3pitt reserves the right to withhold the entire Account balance pending investigation, and to pursue civil and/or criminal remedies as appropriate.

3pitt's collection, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and forms an integral part of the Terms under which you use the Platform.

By creating a 3pitt Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to identity information, transactional data, gaming behaviour data, and device information collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and fraud prevention.

3pitt will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers solely as required for operational purposes — payment processing, identity verification, and gaming provider integration — under strict data processing agreements.

3pitt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following:

• Material changes to these Terms that directly affect User rights or obligations will be communicated via Platform notification and/or email to the registered Account address at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where operationally practicable.
• Changes required urgently for legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention may take effect immediately and without advance notice.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with each amendment. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
• Continued use of the 3pitt Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3pitt's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in 3pitt's full licensing documentation available upon written request to the contact details in Section 16.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between a User and 3pitt arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The User must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected], including their Account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting evidence. 3pitt will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the User is unsatisfied with 3pitt's response, the dispute may be escalated to 3pitt's designated compliance officer within 14 days of receiving the initial response.
3. Step 3 — Independent Review: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the above internal process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body, the costs of which shall be shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 3pitt from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing fraud.
